The quality of the materials used in the interior of the vehicle. The leather seems to be durable. The overall features for the vehicle being a core trim is very nice.
cons
My passenger seat, despite it being a leather heated seat with electric lumbar support adjustment, had a knob to tilt the back of the seat forward or back, which takes a lot of time to do, as opposed to having a leaver to allow body weight to do the adjustments. The knob is hard to turn, and is beside a car panel that can potentially make it uncomfortable for those with bigger hands or arthritis.
