The heated seats needs improvement, as they always stay on, even when you turn the car off and on. Very frustrating. The navigation system is not user friendly. It's very complex and very difficult to understand the output. For example, there is a lot of fine tuning required to make the traffic report work. You have to integrate the phone apps with the car. I would like to see a small predictive algorithm to identify which features the driver uses and surface those when you start the car.

Add a few more options to the SR5. I will not buy a vehicle with turd (TRD) written on the side, and don't need all the stuff the PRO offers.

Tell owners they cannot purchase the Toyota Tacoma Factory Tonneau Cover after the purchase. It was a real bummer that I had to go to the secondary market to get one.
