Compare to my old van, the Sienna is a much smoother and quieter ride, and with the hybrid drivetrain, I get almost 10 more miles per gallon than before.
cons
I do not like that the front passenger seat height cannot be adjusted. I am over six feet tall, which is fine when I am driving, but if I am riding in the front passenger seat, I have a head room problem because my Sienna has a moonroof. Since the front passenger seat cannot be adjusted up/down, I have to lean the seat back much farther than I like.
