Good fuel mileage, comfortable seats

Plastic holder for glasses too small, sunglasses fall out often and fall into cup in the cup holder, bad design. Very difficult to get into vehicle; always bumping my head getting into the front seat. Radio assembly very difficult to figure out. Do not like auto braking while on cruise control, wish we could turn it off.

Toyota reliability. Fit and finish comfort and safety features. Apple CarPlay, engine power, AWD, interior materials, overall quality.

Driver controls like turn, signal indicator and switches and buttons and plastic components, feel excessively light and flimsy in some cases. Obviously this is due to weight savings to improve fuel economy, but the items which are routinely used, should be made robust and have a solid feel that lasts. Save weight in the structural components that aren’t routinely touched.

The design, how it handles, comfort

Don't love the light colored seats, but that's just personal preference
