You almost lost a sale to Honda because you do not provide the Apple interface. And the voice activated NAV system is extremely frustrating to use ...... YOU NEED A BETTER VOICE SYSEM .... Artificial Intelligence driven. Having the system teach the person how to talk to it is NOT the right approach. It ruins an otherwise excellent purchase. All interfaces should be intuitive. No one wants the system to direct how you speak to it.

An outstanding vehicle ...roomy, comfortable, well trimmed and designed interior, beautifully designed exterior, safety features, rides beautifully, steers smoothly, loaded with safety features, quiet ride, .....Highly recommend! Biggest drawback is the NAV system and interface. Need to actually help setup the ENTUNE app before driving car off of the lot. I've owned the Highlander Limited for over 6 months and still haven't set it up. It may make me feel better about the NAV system.

I prefer to use the Google Maps feature from my phone rather than the vehicle navigation system. It's easier to use and I can easily mute it if I want. Would like some way to sync this feature to the vehicle navigation screen.

High quality vehicle, very comfortable, fits in a standard size garage. Please figure out a way to pair up a phone for contacts and Google Maps.

This Highlander has a weird plastic odor coming from the trim by the windshield wipers that gets into the AC vents and it hasn't dissipated in the 9 months that we've owned it and Toyota won't do anything more to help us with this problem. The car ventilation system still puts out a funny smell when it gets hot from the sun.
