I love the safety features, Eyesight, blind spot detector. And I LOVE adaptive cruise control. The heated steering wheel is wonderful here in MN in December! The facial recognition that automatically sets the seat and mirrors up for me is wonderful.
cons
The facial recognition doesn't always recognize me when I get in the car. Not sure just why yet--working on it. When I open the door and close it, it tries again and usually works fine on the second attempt. Wished my seat automatically moved all the way back when I go to get out--I used to have an Infiniti that did that and it was really handy. In this Forester I've set seat preset #2 to all the way back and I press it before I get out, so the seat moves back and it is easier for me to get me and my grumpy knees out of the car.
