The Altima's Exterior has nice with smooth lines. The SR & SV trim models are equipped with dual exhausts with extenders that go through the rear bumper. The dual exhaust pipes give the car lines and symmetry when viewed from the back. The SV trim with premium package contains a lot of technology. A larger display, navigation, and compatibility with iPhones and other features of interest to the tech-savvy generation. The driver's seat is adjustable to meet almost any driver's needs and the seats and fabric are comfortable.

Acceleration and transmission shifting is not as good as my 2008 and 2009 Altima models. You would think that Nissan would have improved the 2.5 liter 4 cylinder engine between 2009 and 2023. Zero to 45 MPH is very slow unless the accelerator pedal is pushed to the floor. The tires are extremely noisy and humming and hissing sounds (road noise) come through the floor and into the car. The noise creates a "cheap car" riding experience and reminds me of a $8,500 Ford Escort that I once owned. My base model Dodge Charger $27,000.00 has a much smoother quieter ride than the fully loaded 2023 Nissan Altima SV premium. I fully understand why these Altima's did not sell and why Nissan had at one time offered $2,000.00 cash back to help move them off of the lot. The SL model has a different type of glass that reduces noise from the outside of the vehicle. If I had known that, I would have invested my $30,000.00 in an SL Trim Altima. Nissan should put the noise cancelling glass in all of its Altima models and consider active noise cancellation technology for its higher end Altima models. Comfort Tred Touring tires might also help. At this point, I am considering ZIEBART undercoating as a countermeasure against the road noise as it really detracts from the overall driving experience.
