It has electrical problems. Which will be very costly for me. So I'm not really happy with my purchase

The leatherette interior is a luxurious feeling, it accelerates quickly, and it turns and handles smoothly. The cruise control is very intelligent and responsive. The automatic locking when I walk away is wonderfully convenient.

The engine takes a few revs to actually ignite. The infotainment is not a touch screen. The dark gray color is fairly drab and anonymous in large parking lots. The back seats are VERY cramped. The connected app is slow to actually send commands to the car, which defeats the purpose of the app remote.

Poor City fuel economy with the turbo. Pedal placement makes it uncomfortable to hover the brake pedal during cruise control and my foot often scrapes the side wall when using the accelerator. Piano black trim should be banned in cars - it looks bad, shows dust and finger prints, and scratches even under the gentlest of cleaning. Over speed limit warning light/alarm cannot be set to 10 mph over signage like previous generation Mazda 3. Traffic jam assist turns off after sitting still in a traffic jam for ~30 sec, requiring constant use of the resume button. Not compatible with Android Auto wireless. HUD only displays turn by turn navigation from base nav, not Android Auto.
