Sales personnel should convey to customers any major changes in vehicles, such as "no spare tires" and even "DVD" systems since all customers (especially older ) are not up on new entertainment systems.

Put a CD player in all vehicles. That was the only "surprise" I had. First Cadillac vehicle I've owned that didn't have one. And, I've had ten of them.
