Fix the A/C issue. Look at the BMW forums and see how many new owners are upset. They can’t all be wrong or finicky. You have a major issue here.

Only issue is that when it gets really hot outside (I live in Southern CA), the dashboard closest to the windshield makes a low popping noise when the A/C starts up and continues for about 5-10 mins into the drive. No issue during the cold months...a minor annoyance.
