I am brand loyal based on very good experience with Volvo. There is a tendency to be taken advantage of and for push selling features on an already up market vehicle. In paying cash for a $50K+ vehicle I expect it to be complete and not subject to upsells of "paint protectant" super duper warranty, road side assistance.
