Huge Legroom, comfy seats, and overall good interiors. Infotainment is upgraded from the 2018 version and Steering is way better than previous versions. the Driving assistant system is amazing.
cons
Tires are cheap brand (GITI) super noisy and some reviews says they are not good in snow or super wet roads. Already had to visit the VW Shop and change a Wheel Bearing from the front axle but still is super noisy due to the tires. Still is lacking in power and shifting is inconsistent, but this is a Passat issue forever.

We like the overall package the Passat has given us. We wanted a "Sunday" car to go to Church, visit family and friends and a really nice touring car. We love the look of the car and all our neighbors have commented on the car and how nice it looks.
cons
We haven't found anything we dislike about the car to date.
