Feels solid. Good space and layout for what it is

Remote connect service isn't free. Way too expensive. Vehicle needs more power

I like that it is a Toyota and I was able to buy it for a reasonable price. I have driven nothing other than Toyotas since 1977, and I won't buy anything else... QUALITY.

I dislike having to turn off safety and fuel efficiency features I do not want every time I turn the car on. I would prefer to be able to turn them off entirely without the irritation of having to remember to do it over and over. The features I most dislike are (1) the one that causes the engine to turn off whenever I am stopped at a stoplight and then back on when I accelerate and (2) the feature that automatically kills my preset cruise speed if I get closer to a vehicle in front of me than the car's system is programmed to accept. I hate having to constantly reset the cruise speed.

Comfortable to ride in. Less cabin noise than in our previous RAV4. Handles and brakes well. Has plenty of pep. Love the Blind Spot Monitor. Heated seats and steering wheel. Plenty of room for cargo and cover so others can’t see what’s in the back. Heavy rubber floor mats that clean easily.

The payment! We’re still attempting to learn to use all the different functions.
