This is my second plug in Hybrid we bought one for my wife a little over a year ago ( Prius Prime) and we liked it so much I decided to replace my 21 year old gas guzzling mid size SUV with this one, It has very good power and made very well plus the fuel mpg is over twice that of what it replaced. Not to mention in the city it's driving in EV mode all the time and with our solar system no fuel bills other than trips out of town.
cons
The vehicle is heavier than my SUV I replaced So only two things to get use to are the regeneration braking last part of the stop and handling you do feel the extra weight of the EV battery.

Quiet, Comfortable ride, Fuel Efficient, Great Fit and Finish. Good styling and Toyota Reliability.
cons
The Interior is a little bland. The regenerative braking takes some time to get used to. The price is high and the demand is high and it is hard to get one. The included charger is slow so it takes all night to fully charge the batteries.
