Great vehicle for outdoors and off-road, but can also be used as a daily driver. It has good ground clearance as well as plenty of cargo room for a camping trip or a shopping trip. I also love that it is one of the last true 4-wheel drives available. The biggest improvement I would want to see would be a heating/cooling climate control center set by temperature and separate for the driver and passenger (like what is available in the Limited).

If you plan on pulling a trailer, the light harness plug is underneath the frame which is a stupid place. Nissan Pathfinders mount them on the bumper. Other than the location of the trailer light harness the 4Runner is awesome.
