I love my Subaru Legacy. I feel safe driving it in all types of weather. I love the color. I would consider the Eye Sight (?) all-around camera and the on board navigation package.

A larger glove compartment or more storage spaces for small items would be appreciated. I had to retrain myself while opening the driver's door. I am an average size woman but I have hit myself in the face several times with the upper corner of the door. Once I knocked my glasses off. My arm is not quite long enough. After unlatching the door I need to grab the edge. If I hold onto the handle as the door opens that upper corner smacks me every time.

It is comfortable, handles well. Has a very large gas tank - can go over 500 miles per fill up. The new safety features are great - back up camera, warnings for vehicles in blind spot, too close to line. The extra information like tire pressure, outdoor temperature, estimated gas mileage, etc is fun, Hard to see speed when using programmed maps. Has all kinds of adjustments to seat position. A true joy! It is a great product/car.

Please move the gas filler door release from the floor to the console or dash. It can be difficult to reach if the driver is older and/or has back (spine) problems. Also, move the navigation system up to the same level as the speedo/tach guages, tilt it towards the driver and have it vertical (NOT slanted as in current version) AND place a hood over it to block out the sun light. Current version is almost impossible to see when the sun is directly over the vehicle, completely unreadable due to the glare.

Safety, Comfort, Reliable vehicle with great year round drivability. Would be nice if Navigation screen at the same level as Tach and Speedometer, have it sit veritcally with hood over the top of screen to block out sun light and use non-reflective glass on its face. Replace interior lights with LED as standard equipment. Would look at a hybred model if available.
