Beautiful interior. Comfortable seating. Easy to drive. Powerful and feels solid.

Very small trunk. My prior 2 LS’s had much roomier storage. Disappointed. Also have lots of difficulty with the voice commands. “Hey Lexus…” is a huge hit or miss. Also finding many features to be complex and frustrating to use. Cannot figure out how many features work. Annoying. For the money, I expected much more, but it is beautiful.

In one year I have bought and traded up from a IS350F, GS350 to the LS500. And the LS500 is a leap in quality and luxury compared to any of the previous models. I chose the LS500 for its reliability, low maintenance and superior build materials compared to anything else on the market. It does everything exceptionally well.
cons
Although the 2021 LS500 has the new touchscreen, the OS design is still a little cumbersome and dated. But it’s better than the previous year's version.
