More About the Kia Stinger

Kia Stinger Overview

The 2023 Kia Stinger is the flagship sedan from the South Korean automaker, dishing out a luxury-sport experience at a fraction of the price of the Europeans. It's a capable commuter, too, with a hatchback, 14 standard driver-assistance aids, and available all-wheel drive. The GT2 model with its turbocharged engine can sprint from 0-60 mph in 4.7 seconds, a number that should make pricier sedans sweat.

pros
The car looks great and drives even better. I tell people the GT2 is like Clark Kent when driving in "comfort" mode, but when you put it in "sport" mode it puts on its cape and flies around like Superman! It's so much fun to drive. All of the features are nice as well. The adaptive cruise control and blind spot monitoring are awesome. The HUD is nice and the Hardon Kardon stereo system is great too It's just a great car to have.
cons
The visibility is limited, especially through the rearview. The gas mileage is not great, but decent at an average of 20mpg. The lane-keeping system is poor, constantly turning on and off when the cameras lose the lanes and when it's on it seems edgy and nervous making constant small corrections that are annoying. I had to turn it off to enjoy the drive. Also, the cost to insure is a little higher than cars of similar value.

pros
The styling is great! It has room. It has performance. It has luxury. The price isn’t too bad, and it isn’t too bad on gas either.
cons
It has safety features that are too intrusive. I want to drive the car; not let a computer do it. The back seat is a little difficult to get out of.

Styling, acceleration, comfort, how well equipped it is.
cons
The only thing I can think of is navigating the stations on the radio, it would've been nice to be able to change the stations from the wheel.
