Love the smooth, quiet ride. It handles beautifully, and I feel very safe driving it. I got the Caligraphy trim package, and love all the bells and whistles! The cooling/heated seats, the mirrors automatically adjusting when I back up, the video for the camera on the big screen is awesome, it makes parking super easy. I drove a very small car before, so I had been worried about that! Being able to remote start it in "summer mode" when it was 84 degrees outside was wonderful. Love all the room, we can take our dogs and luggage no problem at all. My passengers tell me the back seat is very comfortable as well. Love the way it automatically slows down to match traffic when I have cruise control on.

I wish it had the wifi hotspot that the Palisade offers.

Rides well and had plenty of room for passengers & cargo. I’d love a truck, but Santa Fe is a better deal with better features for the $. Chose a turbo engine, and AWD and wanted a leather interior with a panoramic moon roof, which is awesome.
cons
Was unhappy that I had to move to the limited class in order to get the turbo engine or leather interior. But am pleased with the vehicle. I wish the cup holders were illuminated at night and miss my eyeglasses holder which was in my old Santa Fe.
