Bose audio system is great. Heated/cooled seats, thick heated steering wheel, handling and driving performance.

Honda/GM relationship is half baked. Several initial issues took much longer than anticipated to resolve due to lack of understanding of GM specific technology that Honda dealerships don’t understand. Interior fit and finish could be better, some cost cutting quite evident in significant hard plastics and strange switch placement on turn signal stalks. Seats need better bolstering and HUD projection needs work to get rid of fisheye effect and forward skewed numbers. Pedestrian warning sound under 25mph is obnoxious and too loud INSIDE the car. Honda needs to borrow more interior parts from Acura ZDX, especially in Elite trim to provide a more luxurious interior. The seats would be a great start.

The ride is excellent. A huge upgrade over my previous car, the Chevy Bolt.

It’s spacious and a smooth ride. The extended sunroof is a great. The mileage for the AWD is also very comparable.

It has several issues that are not being addressed. Mainly the AC Joint that makes noise and apparently is not fixable. There are several other people that have complained about this issue. The Moon Roof also gets stuck from time to time, the Honda App takes too long to load and it’s hard to get it setup. The driver side seat memory doesn’t work, the lift gate doesn’t operate properly with keyless “kick” feature. This car and the features around it are horrendous. I will not renew my lease unless these issues are addressed.
