It looks pretty and sportmode is fun, but otherwise it doesn't live up to the reputation.
cons
Genuine buyers remorse. It has a new problem every week. The spashguard is attached at a poor point and causes wear and tire easy, it is not fuel efficient, the interior is small, the controls are subpar compared to similar models and car play only works half of the time.

I traded in an older Fusion for the 2020. This one has a nicer interior with leather and heated seats, all of the driver assist safety functions, and is comfortable to drive.
cons
The engine seems a bit sluggish, the brakes don't grab very firmly, so you have to be really aware of stopping distance. I wish it had a sunroof.

Different than my sports car - Mustang. I miss the manual drive. But otherwise, no issues.
