Fuel economy!! Much better than the suburban and Yukon xl that I had previously.
cons
Connecting to CarPlay has very low volume when making and receiving calls. Yes this was the same for the explorer I had, probably a limitation with the input.

Features like remote start from an app and unlock doors from vanishing numbers on door and lock door from outside door handle, roomy center console and glove box. Lots of leg room.
cons
Only need to have the key near like in purse etc which was a problem at one point when my husband dropped me off somewhere and I had key in my purse and he was going to run a quick errand but could not move the vehicle after he stopped.
