I love the electric / PHEV feature. Vehicle is very quiet on electric, and long term lower maintenance benefits should be great. The flexibility of the gas/hybrid (vs all electric) and fuel efficiency (vs all gas) is so convenient—it hits a sweet spot where we don’t have to think or worry about it but we have most of the benefits of an electric vehicle. I love the spaciousness and multitude of tech and convenience features on the minivan. You can’t beat it for a family of five. Friends with German luxury SUVs complement us on how cool our minivan is—something I never would have expected. The handling is great for a vehicle so large. Steering is precise and responsive, body sway is minimal for the size. The vast array of safety features makes me feel safer driving our family around.

Front seat cushion shape on the Limited Red S is a little odd. Lane departure warning is inconsistent and doesn’t have an auditory option. Forward collision warning system is so loud, startling, and painful sounding it could almost cause a collision due to panic. UConnect mobile App isn’t fully working even after 3 weeks and two phone calls to customer service.

I like the electric part. The way it looks. The way it handles. Good visibility from the front. Like the UConnect.

Takes too long to charge on regular house current. Black interior is too dark. No removable center console in the second row seats. Will need to store it several times a year for extended periods of time and can't find out how to disconnect the battery as intstructed in the owners manuel. Button to open garage door is in an odd place.

Love the plug in capability. I've gone over 500 miles on half a tank of gas so far. Kids love the rear entertainment system. The moon roof is awesome.

I dislike that it could not come with a trailer hitch to allow the use of receiver hitch bicycle rack. A piece of interior trim came unattached the second day I had it. For how little electric range it has, the charging time is somewhat excessive. Would like it to tell me what is causing the engine to come on when I have a full battery. My guess is the outside temperature, but would be nice to know.,
