I love this car. Not much more to say, it was all GREAT!

It's beautiful, it's comfortable, rides smooth and has some great features like heated and cooled seats, and the heated steering wheel was a GREAT bonus. Sound system is top notch.

The Impala is a very nice vehicle, handles well. the sterring wheel should be designed so that it gives the person entering and leaving the auto more room to get the legs in without sitting down and swinging in your legs The up and down movement of the steering wheel should have a larger range . I'am not talking about telescopeing. That is ok.

I love the Sirius Radio that came with it and renewed the contract. But I wish the radio itself was better. I can't hear my favorite AM local station 10 miles from town. And the speaker system could be better, too. I also wish it had built in GPS (apart from OnStar). I get it on my iPhone, but it would be nice if it would show on the car screen.

(1) I have two wedged vertebrae. I chose this car because it's seat was more comfortable than others. Even so, even the smallest amount of lumbar support bothers me. I wish I could remove even the default amount when it minimized. (2) I hear in only my left ear. I wear hearing aids in both ears. The right aid transmits the sound to my left ear. Even though I cannot hear stereo, I must have high quality, crystal clear sound, and little to no wind or road noise. The car is moderately quiet, but the sound is mediocre, and I can't receive our local news/talk station at my house 10 miles from town. My 2012 Sentra picked it up well up to 25 miles away. I'm surprised you don't provide a better radio in your top model line. If you can provide me a better radio reception and sound, please let me know. However, I am pleased with the Sirius XM radio.
