Cup holders are very small and do not accommodate most water bottles. Cans are very tight. Not flexible as was mt previous Cadillac purchase 10 years ago, which does accommodate most water bottles. Position of the shift to "M", manual shifting is too easy to engage by mistake. Likewise for the paddle shifters.Having it off to the side like my previous Cadillac was much better. GM should not have dropped the Store feature from OnStar. It was an important safety feature when making a phone call.

The XT5 is an extremely safe vehicle. It's handling is excellent whether on a freeway or a winding mountain road. Fuel economy is better than expected with such a large vehicle.

It's hard to access the on star buttons. In our Escalade they were very visible and easy to reach for driver & passenger. Would also prefer a set of cup holders on the backend of the console like our daughters Navigator. She also has cup holders on the doors. Cadillac sets the standard. Unfortunately we've seen quite a few features on much lower end vehicles as standard. Need to update the wow factor. This is our 6th Cadillac.

Very comfortable vehicle for those interested in downsizing from full size. Our Escalade no longer was necessary to meet our needs. Great sound system. Handles easily and makes tight turns. Refigure the shift system- family consensus is that the "R" is a pain in the neck.
