Two items on my new car could be worked on. The navigation system takes a while to load, it seems longer than my previous SRX. The hands-free calling has too many steps to complete a call; for example I have to say "call," then it will tell me what commands I can make, that is redundant after using it more than once or twice, and it eats time. It also has to have area code to complete call.

Driven a caddy before but first one I owned. I definitely would recommend it for someone who wants a midsize crossover. Ex. ride, sporty interior, comfortable and has power if needed.
