It had to go to the shop with in 2 weeks of new ownership. The doors feel thin.

I love the comfort and the size of the vehicle. I also love the interior design of the cabin. My daughter and I have felt safe and comfortable road tripping throughout the pandemic while we don't feel comfortable flying. Great highway gas mileage and the car even tells you when it's time to take a break and grab a coffee. I think at one point we did 10 hours straight without stopping and it drove like a champ through hills, flatland, mountains, etc. We have enjoyed the vehicle in a different way than imagined when first leased.

I leased the vehicle January 1, 2020. On March 13, 2020, the vehicle broke down in the middle of a turn lane, just legit stopped. It was really scary, to have a child in the middle of the road just at the beginning of a pandemic just to grab milk and not know what went wrong or how to safely get out of the situation. The car got towed due to its dangerous location when it broke down, I had to pay get it out of LA City tow yard, and have it towed to the dealership. Once there, I was told that it was my fault because I didn't replace DEF fluid - but the countdown was on 1187 miles left before necessary. Months later, I took the vehicle for a checkup, and I was told that it was an electrical malfunction that caused the breakdown, not DEF fluid. So, a brand new $70K Land Rover had an electrical malfunction? But I was out about $300 for the tow, and didn't get milk until the next day. During a pandemic when there were lines around the building and limited capacity in the grocery store. Thank God we were only 8 blocks away from my house and could walk home. In the rain. Thanks Land Rover!
